- There are two types of information collected by Liftronic. - Children must obtain parents permission before providing information to Liftronic. If a child signs up to any promotion, survey or service it is expected they have received prior permission from parents to do so and that all information provided has parent’s prior consent.

- Help Liftronic to better use surveys to gain more meaningful information.

Making a Complaint
- We ask anyone wishing to make a complaint do so in writing with copies of all relevant information attached to the document.
- Complaints should be sent to us within six months of the complainant first becoming aware of the conduct or decision they are complaining about.
- We cannot accept anonymous complaints, as it will not be possible to investigate the matter without the identity of the individual involved.
- Once we have received a written complaint we will conduct an internal investigation into the matter and we will make every effort to respond to the complainant with in 30 days of our receiving the complaint.
- If after the internal investigation we believe that there has been a breach of the person’s privacy, Liftronic will try to conciliate an outcome that is acceptable to both parties.
- All complaints relating a breach of privacy laws should be sent to the Company Secretary.
Changes to this Policy
- Liftronic may update or change this policy. A notice will be posted on this website for 21-days after the change is made.
